The Journey

One school. Four stages. One educational pathway. One community. One shared purpose.

Stage 01 · Ages 3–6

Early Years — Montessori Children's House

EVO began as a Montessori school, and the Children's House remains the foundation of the journey.

Mixed-age classes, prepared environments and full Montessori material sets allow each child to work at their own pace under the guidance of trained adults. The emphasis is on independence, concentration, care of self and care of others — the habits that make everything after it possible.

Curiosity, creativity and joyful discovery.

In the Children's House

  • Montessori prepared environments and materials
  • Mixed-age classes and uninterrupted work cycles
  • Practical life, sensorial, language, mathematics and cultural areas
  • Trained guides and prepared environments
  • Seamless transition into the PYP

Stage 02 · Primary Years Programme

PYP — Growing knowledge and understanding

The IB Primary Years Programme is where inquiry becomes structured: subjects connect around shared transdisciplinary questions rather than sitting in isolation.

Energetic yet structured — this stage is about guided inquiry and the transition into formal academic growth. Students present their work regularly, building the habit of explaining their thinking to an audience.

Stage 03 · Middle Years Programme

MYP — Building connections and confidence

The IB Middle Years Programme deepens subject expertise while keeping the connections between disciplines explicit.

Deeper and more mature — reflecting independence, critical thinking and a developing academic identity. Students work with subject specialists, complete the MYP Personal Project, and take on genuine leadership and service responsibilities.

In the MYP

  • Eight subject groups with specialist teaching
  • Interdisciplinary units and approaches to learning
  • The MYP Personal Project
  • Service as action
  • Model United Nations
Stage 04 · Diploma Programme · School code 061134

DP — Preparing for a world of possibilities

The full IB Diploma Programme, delivered as an authorised IB World School — the qualification that lets our graduates apply anywhere.

Students take six subjects across the IB groups, alongside Theory of Knowledge, the Extended Essay and Creativity, Activity, Service. University and careers counselling runs throughout, a commitment set at LVNG level across all group schools.

IB Continuum
Throughout the journey

Digital learning

Technology is integrated into teaching from the early years upward — not bolted on as a separate subject.

Integrated, not separate

Digital tools sit inside subject learning, used where they make the thinking better rather than for their own sake.

Research-led

LVNG's first fundamental is adopting the latest scientific research in technological applications in education.

Responsible use

Digital citizenship, online safety and academic honesty are taught explicitly alongside the tools themselves.

Around the school

Learning, sport, the grounds and the days in between.
