Fees & payment

What the school costs, what that covers, and when it is due — set out in full before you apply, for entry in 2027 / 2028.

This is the fee structure for the 2027 / 2028 academic year, on the terms set out in the LVNG Schools Fee Policy. The amounts for 2027 / 2028 are published once the Board approves them; families who register at an open day are sent them directly, before the first instalment falls due.
What you pay, and when

Two kinds of fee.

Scheduled fees are paid in three instalments across the year. Everything else is charged only if your child takes part.

Scheduled fees

Paid on the first Thursday of April, June and December.

  • Tuition — all academic instruction, and access to the libraries, laboratories and learning spaces.
  • Educational resources and accreditation — books, learning materials and digital platforms; the accreditation and licensing that keep the school's standards in place; annual class photographs; and educational day trips within Greater Cairo.
  • Transport (optional) — GPS-tracked buses, a seat belt and a designated seat for every child, and a trained matron on board.
  • Canteen — automatic for the youngest children; optional from Grade 4 (EVO) and CM1 (LAC), by writing to [email protected] before the deadline.
  • Ministry of Education examinations — Eadadya in Grade 9 / 3ème and Thanaweya Amma in Grade 12 / Terminale.

Charged separately, during the year

Only when they apply to your child.

  • International and external examinations — set by the exam board, sometimes in foreign currency. Parents are told once the fees are announced.
  • Ministry of Education charges — case by case, for subject exemptions and for students arriving from abroad. Student Affairs will walk you through it.
  • Special programmes and extracurriculars — some clubs and specialist programmes carry a cost.
  • Overnight and international trips — costed and circulated before registration opens.
  • Bring Your Own Device — required at certain grades; specifications are issued by grade level.
  • Uniform — ordered through the LVNG portal, with pick-up, delivery or an in-school fitting.

How to pay

Four ways, all cashless.

Online

Through the school portal, under Financials. The quickest route, and the one most families use.

Bank deposit

At any CIB branch, using the invoice printed from the portal.

Wire or InstaPay

Send in good time — transfers take days to clear, and bank charges must be paid by the sender.

Credit card

On site at school. No surcharge before the deadline.

Account details are not published here. The schools' bank account numbers are issued with your acceptance pack and are shown in theCampusnet alongside your invoice. If you are ever sent account details by any other route, telephone the Financial Department on the number below before you pay.
Once your child has a place

The rest of the fee policy is in theCampusnet.

Invoices, account details, payment terms, the withdrawal and refund schedule, late-entry reductions and the instalment plans all sit behind the parent login, next to your own balance. Nothing there changes what is on this page — it is the operating detail rather than the shape of the thing.
