Your child's future starts here. How the process works, and what we look for.

The process

Five steps from enquiry to enrolment

1 · Enquire

Contact admissions or submit the enquiry form. We will confirm availability in the stage and year group you need.

2 · Visit

Tour the campus during a normal school day and meet the stage leadership.

3 · Apply

Complete the application through the LVNG parent portal and submit school reports and documentation.

4 · Assessment & interview

Applicants sit the CAT4 — a UK cognitive abilities test covering verbal, non-verbal, mathematical and spatial reasoning — alongside a conversation with the student and family.

5 · Offer & enrolment

Offer issued, place confirmed on payment of enrolment fees, and induction arranged.

Scholarships and awards

EVO runs Academic Excellence Scholarships and IB Achievement Awards. Admissions can explain the criteria and the deadline for the coming year.

Frequently asked

What is the language of instruction?
English. Main subject and homeroom teachers are required to demonstrate high English proficiency. Arabic and additional languages are taught throughout — preserving local identity and traditions is part of our mission, not an afterthought.
What age can my child start?
The Montessori Children's House admits from age three. Entry is possible at later stages subject to availability and assessment.
Do you offer the IB throughout?
Yes. EVO is an IB Continuum school: the Primary Years Programme, the Middle Years Programme and the Diploma Programme, with Montessori in the Early Years before the PYP begins.
Do you support learners with additional needs?
Inclusive education is central to our mission and a founding LVNG fundamental. We assess each case individually and are staffed to support learners with special educational needs where we can do so well.
