NEWGIZA for School Management

Building institutions that outlast us.

NGSM is an education management group founded in 2014. Through our educational brand LVNG, we own and operate two internationally accredited schools on the NEWGIZA campus — and we are building the platform for what comes next.

A word from our CEO and Chairman

Education is the one investment that compounds across a lifetime.

We did not set out to open schools. We set out to build the kind of place we would want our own children to spend their days — where a child is known by name, where a question is welcomed rather than managed, and where the standard is the same on an ordinary Tuesday as it is on an inspection day.

Everything we have built since rests on a single conviction: that a school's purpose is not to sort children, but to grow them. Our task is to give every learner the knowledge to think clearly, the character to act well, and the confidence to belong anywhere in the world without ever losing where they come from. That is why our schools teach demanding international curricula and, in the same breath, hold on firmly to Egyptian identity, language and culture.

We are proud of a great deal. Of two schools on one campus, each with its own language, character and heritage, held to one standard of care. Of the authorisations and accreditations our teams have earned and continue to earn — the International Baccalaureate across the full continuum, CIS, MSA CESS, and homologation by the French Ministry of Education under the AEFE. Of examination results that speak for themselves. And most of all, of the classrooms behind those results: teachers who prepare, students who persist, and families who show up.

None of it is ours alone. We grow with our partners in success — our students, who set the pace; our parents, who trust us with what matters most to them; our teachers and staff, who carry the work every day; and the licensing and accreditation bodies whose scrutiny keeps us honest and makes us better. Each of them has made this group more than it would otherwise have been.

We are not finished. A school that stops growing has already begun to decline, and we intend to keep building — new programmes, new facilities, new partnerships, and one day new schools — with the same care we gave the first classroom. Thank you for being part of it.
