Careers at NGSM

One application portal for every NGSM project — teaching and non-teaching, at both schools and in the group office.

One portal, every project

We are hiring people, not filling posts.

Everything NGSM recruits for goes through one application portal — teaching and non-teaching, at Evolution International School, at Lycée Albert Camus and in the group office. One form, read by one team, then passed to the school or department it belongs to.

Apply to an advertised vacancy, or send your CV and tell us the post you want to be considered for. We keep speculative applications on file and go back to them when something opens. Either way you will hear from us — that is a commitment, not a courtesy.

What we look for

Command of your subject or your craft. The patience to explain something a third time differently. The judgement to raise a concern about a child before it becomes a problem. And the willingness to keep learning — we ask that of our students every day, and it would be strange to exempt the adults.

Before you start

The form takes about five minutes. Have your CV ready as a PDF or Word file, under 8 MB. You will be asked one question that changes what follows — whether the post is teaching or non-teaching — and nothing else you do not need to answer.

Why NGSM

Schools are only as good as the people in them.

We recruit qualified, experienced educators and invest in their development — and we staff our group functions to the same standard, because governance, finance and operations are what let teachers teach.

01

Teaching roles

Recognised teaching certification, high English or French proficiency depending on the programme, and classroom experience across the IB and the French curriculum.

02

Leadership roles

Heads of school and section, coordinators and pastoral leads across both curricula.

03

Group and operational roles

Finance, HR, legal, IT, marketing, procurement, transport, facilities, catering, security and accreditation support.

Open posts

Vacancies across the group

Posts open at either school or in the group office. If nothing here fits, apply anyway and name the role you want — we keep speculative applications on file and go back to them when a post opens.

After you apply

What happens next

1 · Acknowledged

An automatic acknowledgement within minutes, so you know it arrived.

2 · Routed

Group HR passes teaching applications to the school's leadership and operational ones to the department head.

3 · Interview

Shortlisted candidates are invited to interview, and teaching candidates are normally asked to teach a lesson.

4 · Safeguarding checks

Every appointment is subject to references and background checks. We work with children, and we do not make exceptions to this.

Applications are held by NGSM and shared only with the hiring team for the project you applied to. Ask us at any time to see what we hold or to delete it.
