NEWGIZA for School Management
NGSM was founded in 2014 to own, develop and operate schools on the NEWGIZA campus in west Cairo. We are not a franchise operator and not a consultancy: we hold the assets, employ the people, set the standards and answer for the outcomes.
Our founding partners bring extensive background in education and community development. That experience is channelled through LVNG, the group's educational brand, under whose governance framework all of our educational initiatives operate — creating a growing network of individual, state-of-the-art educational entities.

Our story
NEWGIZA for School Management is founded by a consortium of partners spanning real-estate development, construction, education, HR development and investment.
Lycée Albert Camus opens on the NEWGIZA campus, delivering the French national curriculum from petite section upward.
Evolution International School opens, beginning with Montessori early years and building toward the full IB continuum.
EVO completes a full brand refresh — One journey. Always evolving. LAC records a 100% Baccalauréat pass rate with 93% distinction.
NGSM prepares a second, non-educational vertical on the same operating platform.
Founding partners
