Sherief Nazif

Chairman

Mr. Nazif holds a Masters degree from the American University in Cairo in Computer Science and a B.Sc. degree with honors in Electrical and Communications Engineering from Cairo University. 
He is an active member of the civil society both from professional and community perspectives where he sits on industry committees advising the strategic telecommunications direction. He has also served on a number of NGO boards with a goal to develop the community we live within. 

Mr. Nazif has held a number of senior management positions in leading multi-national companies where he has been an integral member of the regional leadership teams and has been successful in managing transitions in difficult times.

In the field of education, he was the chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Child and Society Development Institution (CSDI), which owns and manages Smart Village Schools (Kipling School and Lycée Voltaire) and Smart Kids.

He is a passionate advocate of the continuous evolution of the learner ecosystem to keep pace with the rapidly changing global environment.

Amr Elseginy

CEO

Mr. Elseginy is considered one of the educational development pioneers in Egypt. Personally, he believes that society building and achieving positive changes can only be attained by the provision of high-quality educational services and projects with international standards while preserving local identity and values.

Mr. Elseginy holds a Bachelor degree in Commerce - Business Administration from the University of Alexandria. Since then, he has established a number of companies and institutions in the field of real estate development.
Due to Mr. Elseginy’s solid experience in the field of business management and his reputation as one of the young Egyptian businessmen, he was elected as the chairman of the board of the Egyptian Junior Business Association (EJB) in 2017.
In the field of education, he was the treasurer of the Board of Trustees of the Child and Society Development Institution (CSDI), which owns and manages Smart Village Schools (Kipling School and Lycée Voltaire) and Smart Kids. 
Moreover, Mr. Elseginy has a passion for social work and community service. He is an active Rotarian. Since 2003, he has been a founding member and vice-chairman of a charity institution that provides educational services and organizes programmes for adult literacy, as well as the establishment of an orphanage with very high standards. He is also a founding member of the Youth Skills Development Association since 2010.
