New Giza for School Management was established in 2014 by the owners of a group of companies from different verticals ranging from urban and real estate development to construction, education, human resources development, and investment.

The group decided to capitalize on their wealth of experience in the fields of education and community development to bring the LVNG educational brand to life reflecting the vision and mission of the founding partners as the educational arm of the group.
